All orders are shipped and processed  through USPS.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES?

All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order leaves our custody we are not responsible for any transit inconveniences. You must contact USPS and file a claim.   https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm  

RETURNED PACKAGES/INCORRECT ADDRESS?

If your package is returned and you want us to resend it to an updated mailing address there will be a reshipment fee of $8.00.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS?

No refunds or cancellations once an order is placed under any circumstances. If there is a mistake with your order (wrong product or item) please email us at info@eyeslayedya.com with your order number and the correct item you ordered and we will correct your order immediately at no additional cost.
